Every two weeks we open the doors to Port Pass, our identity and port-ban verification solution for everyone entering an ISPS terminal.

What to expect

In 45 minutes, we show you what is new, live in the product. Sometimes it is a feature we have just released. Sometimes it is a feature that has been available for a while but is not being used as much as it could be, or one that keeps coming back in your questions.

You will see exactly what changes for your gate team and administrators, as well as what is coming next, so you can plan for it.

The second half is yours. Bring your questions. Anything goes, and we are here to help.

Maybe a driver has not activated their pass yet and is stuck at the entrance, and you want to know how to get them moving. Maybe you are not entirely sure what the different statuses in the platform mean. Or perhaps you want to learn how to export a list of everyone on your terminal in case of an audit.

Questions are answered on the spot. Questions that require input from our technical team are noted down and followed up afterwards.
